Rhett studied Biology at Univerity of South Dakata and started his recruiting career in 2017, focusing on engineering and manufacturing roles for Minneapolis area companies. He enjoys meeting with technical professionals to understand their career interests and goals while working with leading companies to find exceptional employees. Rhett brings an inquisitive approach to his role and thrives in helping companies and candidates connect. In his free time, he enjoys spending his free time with family and enjoying Minnesota sports and outdoors.
What are your hobbies?
My spring and summer are usually filled up with going to the lake on the weekends and playing yard games with my wife during the week. During the fall and winter, you can find me obsessing over the Minnesota Vikings and hunting.
If you could live anywhere for one year, where would it be and why?
Anywhere in the Caribbean, specifically the Cayman Islands (if money isn’t part of the equation)!
What is your taste in music?
Typically like to listen to country music with some 90s/2000s punk rock mixed in there. I’m a huge fan of both George Strait and Toby Keith.

What is one piece of advice you would give to a jobseeker?
Everyone’s resume has a flaw or two, but the candidates who receive offers are those who are best able to articulate their experience to hiring managers in a compelling manner. Figure out ways to explain your background and experience like a great storyteller would. Or better yet, give me a call!
